Driver contact details (phone number) are only disclosed to clients who have completed a successful payment to unlock that specific driver. We may share data with trusted service providers (such as M-Pesa and email delivery services) strictly to operate the platform. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect the safety of users.

We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. Driver ID photos are stored securely and are only accessible to authorised Usafiri administrators for verification purposes. Passwords are hashed and are never stored in plain text. However, no system is completely secure — please choose a strong password and keep your account credentials private.
